Kentstown Village Park is a local amenity located in Kentstown village, 10km from Navan in County Meath.
The committee of this local facility approached PortAMod with an idea to add a Multi-
Purpose Building to their community with their interest being in the concept of a modular building.
Our experienced and professional cabin crew led out the design, manufacture, and
installation of a multi-section steel frame Modular Building 12.190m x 9.190m with external timber cladding and all associated site works. This Modular Building includes a multi-purpose room, storage, kitchenette, and toilet facilities that are compliant with Part M of the Building Regulations.
Due to planning stipulations 150mm x 22mm Douglas Fir weather sheeting profile cladding was required. This building was built in compliance with Building Regulations, BCAR and NZEB requirements. As part of this contract, we acted as PSDP and Assigned Certifier.
Delivered within a 6-week leadtime with 15 days onsite for commissioning and cladding.
